What is FilO ?

FilO TreeNets was created in 2023 by us, Jean and Alexis, two guys from the opposite sides of France, united by the same love for rope, art, nature, and the infinite depth of the human experience.

FilO is a pun in french, which means "high rope" (fil haut). It is also a reference to the word "philosophy", as a tribute to our love for endless discussions about life, death, and everything in between.

Our aim is to create spaces designed to induce wonder, curiosity, fun and inspiration for a balanced life. Today, this work is mostly done in people's gardens and homes, in festivals and in public parks, but eventually, we dream of doing bigger things...

One of those dreams is to find a beautiful forest, to make a TreeNet park. A truly unique place, filled with land art and incredible nets everywhere, with a restaurant, maybe a hostel, a garden to grow food, art studios, places for retreats, and a big festival every year...
